Rules
To ensure a safe and pleasant atmosphere for all our visitors, we have established some important rules:

We encourage all visitors to be considerate of each other and actively participate in maintaining a positive and respectful atmosphere.

If you observe anything that concerns you, or if you feel uneasy in any way, we ask that you contact our staff so we can handle the situation.

We reserve the right to refuse groups or individuals who display expressive behaviour that may disturb or cause discomfort to other guests or our staff. This includes any aggressive behaviour, noisy behaviour or groups of people that can create a sense of insecurity.

Throwing objects from the viewing platform will be reported to the police.

One of our priorities is to create an inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy their time when visiting Aarhus Øje.

Force Majeure and weather conditions
Weather conditions can vary depending on the seasons, which can affect your visit. Please note that tickets are non-refundable in case of cloudy weather, rain, storm or fog.

Operational disruptions and consequential costs
We do our best to deliver a seamless experience, but unforeseen disruptions may occur. It is your responsibility to keep yourself updated with any notifications of changes or disruptions via our website. We do not cover consequential costs due to delays or changes to the programme.

Tickets and resale
Please note that it is not legal to resell our tickets. Tickets are personal and cannot be transferred to others without our written consent.

Waiting time
Please note that there may be waiting time by the lift to the 44th floor, especially during busy periods. We do everything we can to ensure a pleasant experience, but we ask for your understanding and patience if there is waiting time.

High-speed lift
Our building is equipped with a high-speed lift that gives you access to our viewing platform. It is important to note that use of the lift is at your own risk. If you are prone to dizziness, ear congestion or fear of heights, you should take heed while on the lift. The same applies if you suffer from claustrophobia, as the lift will usually be full. It is not possible to take the stairs up to the viewing platform on the 44th floor
